Keith is an avid boating enthusiast with a diverse background in various industries. He has not only owned boats but has also sold them. In addition, he has experience in the home building industry and has been involved in residential developments. Keith has extensive knowledge in mortgage financing and was also the president of a national private lending group that specialized in recreational financing, including marine, RV, and aviation financing. For more than fifteen years, Keith has held sales and managerial positions at the largest marine retailer in the United States. He has overseen operations throughout the Great Lakes region. Keith has been happily married to his spouse, Madalyn, since 1992 and is a proud father of two children, Keaton and Kennedy.

Mike entered the Marine industry over 25 years ago, during that time he has had a variety of roles including Marina management, service department operations, new boat dealer representing a number of premier brands, and high end pre-owned and Brokerage sales. Mike offers a lifetime of experience which can specifically pinpoint a client’s goals and help guide them in their decision-making process whether buying or selling.

Sheryl spent many years in product development and engineering for multiple companies in the U.S. and Italy. Sheryl was the V.P. of Engineering for a major U.S. boat manufacturer for several years played a key role in product management, yacht service, and acquisitions at large multi-store retail operation in the Midwest. Sheryl brings to Maritimo an intense commitment to product knowledge and an exceptionally keen eye for the details. She is committed to helping you find or build the perfect yacht of your dreams.

Peter first joined our family as a Maritimo owner, and has enjoyed many years on the water with his family. Circumstances in Venezuela brought Peter and his family to his second home in Miami in 2016 and his passion for Maritimo and Yachts brought our long time friend to the factory team early in 2019.

Tom has been boating since the age of 3 with his family on Lake Erie. He got his start at the helm in the business at one of the most prestigious boat dealers in the Great Lakes and furthered his career in sales and service. Tom has been engaged with us since the beginning boasting the very first Maritimo sale in the USA. Tom has always been a people person and has a knack for teaching and helping to enhance the customer experience. His leadership and breadth of knowledge is key to our success and future. Following graduation from Grand Valley State University, with a degree in Business Administration, Jeff entered the accounting world with a focus on audit and corporate taxation while tracking the CPA route. Seeking a more diverse exposure to the business world, Jeff joined a publicly traded boat manufacturer as Controller in 2017. Maritimo was privileged to bring Jeff on board in early 2019 and broaden his role to not only include oversight of our America’s finance operations, but also manage our retail transactions and contracts while providing support to our marketing team.
