Welcome to the Maritimo Boat Show Owner’s Dinner. 

Please see below the delicious dishes we’ll be serving tonight in an alternate drop format. If you have any questions please ask one of our friendly staff.

*if you have stipulated your dietary requirements we will be serving an adjusted dish for you.

 

Entrée:
Crispy twice cooked Pork Belly, Asian Wombok Salad and Palm Sugar Caramel, or
Australian Tiger King Prawns with Mango and Avocado Salsa with a chilli coriander dressing

Mains:
Pan-seared Tasmanian Salmon with Cannellini beans cassoulet and a caper and tomato salsa, or
Lamb shanks with garlic mash potatoes, broccolini, Brussel sprouts and a rosemary jus.

Dessert:
Coconut Pannacotta with a pineapple and mint salsa and raspberry gel, or
Chocolate Tart with whipped cream and dusted with chocolate.
